Shipping policy

Please allow between 15-25 days for your order to arrive. If more than 25 days have passed please email us at support@cartergoods.com to review the status of your order. 

If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized.
Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cartergoods.com

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at support@cartergoods.com to receive your RMA along with further information to ship your return. Please review our return policy prior.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning all purchase's. Exceptions to this policy require approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanged products can take up to 25 days. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return arrives safe.
